DMCA Counter-Notification Process
If content you uploaded (such as a model digital polaroid, acting audition clip, or musical score) was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a formal Counter-Notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(2)-(3).
Your Counter-Notice must include your signature, identification of the removed material, your physical address, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was misidentified, and consent to local court jurisdiction.
